How do I reset my password?
From the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and follow the emailed reset link.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Go to your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to manage or cancel at any time.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
In the app, open the upgrade screen and tap "Restore purchases" — this reconnects your existing subscription using your Apple ID.

How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Account → Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all study data and cannot be undone.

I found an error in a case or its grading.
Please email us the case name and a description of the issue — we review every report.
